Holt-Smith Advisors recently announced its Large Cap Value product has once again been named to Informa PSN's, "Top Gun" list.
Informa creates this list of the top ten performing money managers in the United States for each equity style. Holt-Smith Advisors was named a "Top Gun" based on strong investment performance for the three years ended September 30, 2008.
Holt-Smith Advisors is well acquainted with this elite list as this is the 2nd time in 2008 for the Holt-Smith Advisors Large Cap Value product and the 16th time since 2000 that one of its investment products has been ranked a "Top Gun".
As with many money managers, the recent upheaval in the financial markets paired with the tumultuous investment environment has created some of the most challenging waters we have had to navigate through in our 20+ years of experience.
Holt-Smith's Large Cap Value approach has outperformed its 422 national peers by consistently applying a rigorous buy and sell process, while holding a maximum of 25 stocks.
As an added bonus, the Holt-Smith Advisors Mid Cap Growth product has been ranked as one of the top ten best performing products since its inception in January, 2001. Over its 7.75 years history, Holt-Smith Advisors has outperformed over 117 other Mid Cap Growth managers. Informa does not award a Top Gun designation for this time period.
